The data presented in the report was collected following interviews carried out by 750 of the firm’s consultants with companies and candidates. In the fields of marketing, design and communication, salaries are on average lower. Unsurprisingly, it is management positions that are the most remunerative: between 70 and 180 K on average for a marketing director and between 70 and 150 K for a communications director.
